Im not one to leave a review but I called before I came down and made an appointment. They were late (no big deal) when I get back to Anitas office she takes phone calls screams for someone in a different room then talks to me about that problem. When It was finally time for me to tell her what was goin on with my taxes she told me to make an appointment with someone else who works there because they would know more about the problem. She wouldnt even look at it. I drove an hour away and they knew that it is a simple problem but she wouldnt even look. This place is honestly a joke.

Been doing my taxes here for 3 yrs and have always had great, reliable service. Wouldn't trust anybody else
