Fairly rude agent. Ill admit I dont know much about taxes and had gone to the same trusted tax agency up until now. I explained that my husband and I had filed separately due to our parents having their accountants do ours as well. In our minds, it just seemed simpler. And no one in the past had told us about married but filing separately penalties and liberty tax had educated me why the IRS does not recommend it. Great. Thanks. However, my husbands mom already got his done and my liberty tax agent asked why he did that and then speculated that he must be hiding something in his funds. On top of that, she had said you are in yalls twenties, I mean, you both are grown and need to be cut away from your parents. Although, this could be true, my personal life is not to be judged by someone Im paying to do my taxes. Other little things to note but nothing to write home about. However, I paid 300 at the end of it. That is with discount. The only positive thing I could say is that she did my return in a timely manner. Thanks. Honestly wont be going back.
