Stratus does a great job with keeping us clean and sanitary. Any issues are worked out immediately and never a problem with billing invoices. Takes a load off our minds since we began working with them!

My establishment has been contracted with this cleaning company for years. I have to say I have reached out to Chris Moix who is awesome by the way, about how the cleaning crew is becoming very minimal these days. Our toilets are not being wiped rather the toilet seats are just being lifted to appear clean, I came in today and there were stains still on our toilets that have not been cleaned. They faithfully empty our trash but that seems to be about it. Thinking about inquiring about taking on another cleaning crew.

Stratus of Nashville provides wonderful service. Carlos and Rosa and their team are awesome. Julie, who is the manager makes sure to stop by and check on us at least once a month. She is very thorough and friendly. They all go above and beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend!!

Stratus Cleaning has been a great consideration in our office and bathroom cleaning. We have used them for 5+ years now at the facility that I work at on 63rd Ave in West Nashville. The cleaning crew is very detailed and observant and even let us know when supplies are running low. They have never missed a day and are very reliable. Their quality department is great as they come out once a month to inspect and ask how the crew is doing. They are always available when needed and listen to our every concern and need. I would recommend them to anyone.
