BAD SERVICE!!! YOU GUYS ARE NOT OWNING UP TO THE WORK YOU DID ON MY DAUGHTER RESTURANT. WE PAID YOU TO CLEAN THE HOOD, AND IT'S NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. OUR RESTURANT HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO BE OPEN BECAUSE IT WAS A FIRE HAZARD PER THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.

If youre reading this before spending your Hard EARNED MONEY RUNNNNNNNN. This business is BAD BUSINESS. You will do better paying a five year old to clean your commercial hood range. They are not professional at all. They smoke and drink in the van while on the job. Paid almost $800.00 for this. Please read the reviews before hiring this company. If I could give no stars I would!!!! Yall basically out here stealing. Paid for a job that was not done. A-1 Tennessee Hood & Duct Cleaning is out here scamming small businesses out of money. You said you would return to complete a job you were suppose to already completed, that was a lie!!!!!! You have stopped answering or returning calls. You are thieves!!!!! A-1 Tennessee Hood & Duct Cleaning are SCAM ARTISTS at its finest!!!

BAD BUSINESS!! I paid A-1 Tennessee hood and duct to come clean my commercial hood range on July 1, 2022 and today is August 8,2022. Please save your money and read all reviews before giving them your business.My kitchen is not open and being used because we are in the process of getting it up and running. Well of course you have to have your hood range service and tagged before you pass any inspections. Korsen and the city fire department said whoever supposedly cleaned this hood range needs to come back and clean or refund. I called to see if they could come back out and guess what they stop answering. I paid this company almost $800.00 bucks and this is the results. Keep looking its better companies that does a better job than this. They will send his young son and friends to do a bullcrap job and this is the results. Update: This service was done by A-1 Tennessee hood and duct services. There was no misunderstanding. Dont let them service or clean your hood range. I wish I wouldve read the reviews before fooling with A-1 Tennessee hood and duct service.

We trusted A1 Tennessee Hood to come out a clean our Hood. They didnt clean The hood completely. After our inspection with the fire department we were told its a fire hazard. They were contacted and the spoke with my son one time and now they will not answer nor return our call. They were paid $800 to do a job they didnt do. Bad Business.
