The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. We wasted an hour trying to find a round table and the staff was no help. Not only that, but we were accused of wandering around without making a purchase (because we couldnt find what we were looking for) and subsequently kicked out of the store. Go to Home Depot or another location, because this Menards cares more about making a security quota than helping its customers.

Ordered a return air grill and got a bvent tee. I've been trying to return it for 2 weeks and at least a dozen phone calls plus chat and email. I've received nothing but the runaround it'll them. How do I get the item I ordered from them? I've tried local stores, distribution center and corporate numbers. The same bull every time. Their stores are incapable of any sort of customer service!
Don't use them!!!!
Go to Home Depot or Lowe's. They know how to take care of customers. Menards does not.
