This place doesn't care how much of your time it wastes, or how much mis information it hands out. Spent an hour on the phone trying to order a product with no luck, said I had to come into store to place order. Drove 30 miles to store only to be told that they can't place the order there, that someone will have to Call me back to place order. What a waste of a store. Zero stars. Quit wasting my time and money. Please bring back small businesses

I went in looking for a pressure washer. Funny thing about that I didn't feel pressured. An associate approached me after 2-3 minutes and asked if I had any questions which I did. He was able to answer my questions and get me setup with a unit I am very happy with. Of course he recommended some additional products and listed the benefits but I didn't feel pressured to buy them. All though I did at his recommendation buy a few small things like oil and the service plan. He also gave me some really good advice on servicing the washer that wasn't in the manual but I do feel will benefit me. Sadly I don't remember the mans name however I will say this was my best northern tool experience and will certainly return to this location.
