Fair Deal Pawn & Gun

Came in for the first and last time today. I couldn't believe the rude, borderline blood boiling interaction I had with the GENERAL MANAGER of all people. Without warning this excuse of an adult immediately began taking out whatever frustrations he has been having today on an unsuspecting customer, me. Very rarely have I been spoken to like that and it's even more rare for someone to walk away after such an incident. What a joke. I'm thankful there are other options. Behavior aside, why let your preconceived opinion/demeanor towards me affect the store making a profit? You didn't try to hide the fact your offer was low as a rude jab to me in the slightest. I'm sorry for whatever ruined your day.

Friendly, upfront staff. I've done business here transferring firearms under their FFL license and they've always been like a firm, brisk handshake. I honestly have no compaints after having done business here with these guys.

I really enjoy pawning here cuz of the friendly people and that they always give you an honest deal and are willing to work with you on getting things out of pawn which can be really nice when money is tight
