        Avoid avoid avoid There's a larger employee named brandon who is rude, smelly, and just should go through a customer service course before entering public. Sadly steve has gone the route of others in the area and i will forever sing the song of STAY AWAY FROM BLACK HILLS PAWN

        I would avoid shopping, pawning, and just generally doing business with these owners. Steve is not a reputable owner and does not treat his customers with respect. Unfortunate for the residents of South Dakota that shady, poor excuses for businessmen are allowed to flourish on the backs of those who need help the most. For shame!

        Definitely the most "Customer Friendly" pawn shop in town. The owner works there with his crew and tries his best to help people out with loans and keep customers from losing their stuff. They also have a very knowledgeable staff and will go above and beyond to answer your questions.
