        My husband and I met with Patrick regarding an easement/right of way issues with a property that we are purchasing. We had done our due diligence, bringing all plats, deeds and records pertaining this property to present to this attorney. He sat there for over 45 minutes looking at these documents to then tell us he know no more than what we already knew about the easement and charged us $200. When I called to make this appointment, his receptionist did not mention anything about a fee. This attorney is very in personable and seems to be just looking to make a dollar.
