The things I appreciate the most about Carolyn and her team are there attention to detail, quick communication, calm demeanor, their ability to really hear what I am requesting out of their service and provide it, and their tact in keeping expectations fair and within reason. They don't let their clients go extreme when they are triggered. (Some of us go extreme in requests, some of us go extreme in backing down)
They will explain what is reasonable within the law, and make sure you get the best deal outside of a trial when appropriate. There is always compromise and to quote Carolyn, "If both parties feel like they got a bad deal, that means both parties compromised a lot. That is the sign of a great mediation".
Divorce is hard, especially with kids involved. I felt completely supported, and respected by Carolyn and her team.
