The therapists are more administrators than anything. If you have sought professional therapy help from anyone in the past and were pleased with the results, don't expect that professionalism here.
It took multiple attempts to get a treatment scheduled. Once that mess was finally fixed, the health care person made me reschedule again because she was taking the day off for her personal care.
The psychiatrist Dr Gravely is awesome. She is caring and intelligent. She and the elderly black psychiatrist whom you must see before getting a permanent doctor are the only reason this review is not a one star. The black psychiatrist was sooooooo awesome. I cannot sing his praise enough. I loved my hour with him. So intelligent and really had his game together!
So disgusted with the therapy here. I have a mental health emergency and instead of 60 minute visits, I get pushed out at a half hour. They are in such an awesome position to help me and they are failing spectacularly. I am so lost. Someone please help me!

Wendy Stacy is my therapist and she has been gone for 3 appointments now. I am so clise to relapsing and cutting myself im about to switch to another company because i am not being treated properly. screw this place only because of WENDY STACY

The receptionists were nice. I had to wait an hour and a half to see someone. I didnt make it past the screening. The guy interviewing me was all business. No empathy. He had me fill out a medical release form. When I gave him the clipboard back, he said to wait a minute. I set the clipboard on the corner of his desk and he made me take it back and wait for him to finish what he was doing. He said Never hand something to a provider when he is not ready for it. It seemed super petty. I was not trying to be rude. I think that he has no motivation to care about the people who come in his office. Also, you cant choose who you see when you go I would rather have one person I shared my personal issues with than a team of 6+.

I removed my kids from here, they were.not equipped to help my family. This location is very limited on staff and resources. I'd recommend going anywhere else but here. I wasted many months.
