Really like these town homes. They are spacious and offer all the modern features you would be looking for in a new home. Additionally, the dog park provides the furry friends a place to enjoy as well.

I purchased one of the homes in this community in 2018. The home quality and craftsmanship for the price is pretty solid. The only minor complaint as a resident is that there simply is very little parking. the driveway is just wide enough for two vehicles which accomodated me and my wife. Having company over was always a pain with parking. The HOA managment is fairly agressive on rules enforcement. They are also a managment company, meaning not comprised of actual community residents. If you're not a fan of HOAs then this is probably going to feel very restrictive. If you love the "protect my property value" HOA argument, then you'll love it. The area is coming along nicely.
