Berkeley Ranches was our choice for relocating from Florida as soon as we drove thru the neighborhood. RJ Gist was our sales contact and he really helped us with our lot, our home choices inside and out and made us feel welcomed and comfortable with everything. John Christmas our PM supervised and managed our home from start to finish. He answered all of our questions during construction and took care of everything that came up during the process. He is on top of everything. We are so happy to be part of Berkeley Ranches and look forward to making new friends. Thank you RJ and John for a job well done.

The online team was excellent at arranging appointments at the various Ryan home communities in the Greenville area. Once we got to Berkeley Ranches, we knew that was the community. Low HOA fees, beautiful pool area, it just felt right!
Then we met with our Ryan homes agent, Sierra. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. Had a fun time with her selecting our options and we loved kidding around with her.
It was a top-notch experience.
