        Hate to say it. Ice machines were broken. No paper towels and no forks. To top it off my food was given to someone else. Had to wait for my food a second time. Coffee was watery and wasn't even coffee. Could not drink it.

        I have never been to a hardee's and my first bite was glorious! It tastes not like fast food but like your buddy cooked you a burger on the bar-b-q. Delicious! A HUGE thank you to the man working counter. As we have been traveling the labour shortages in fast food joints have been a pain and the attitudes of those working equally as bad. That's why we were so happy with cashier/server. He went out of his way to explain the menu and even dug around the back to look for a toy my young son saw and wanted. When he couldn't find it he gave him all the options. My son gave him a hug he was so flattered! I wish a made a point of checking what his name was. Great food great service! The 2 man team there brings the A game!

        This place was horrific. One star is tough to leave but necessary here. Had like 4 people working so half staffed. No ice! No taco side of menu! I think someone said no tenders. I got a fountain drink and it was warm so I left it. Paid 39.00 for food worthy of 8.00. My family of 4 was so upset. My wife couldn't eat because of the taco side wasn't available after driving 8 hours. When we left the outside was dark like they didn't want to be open. Across the street McDonald's rip roaring, many people the complete opposite of Hardee's. Did I mention when I asked someone inside what's going on with this place and can you believe in a heart beat he said management! Threw him in way fast. Don't even waste your time or money.

        I'm big on customer service. The manager was great. Place was crowded, but my wife ordered a steak biscuit ,she got ham. Had to go back in. I think Hardee's should put the big hot ham and cheese should be for any time of day. The manager all ready knew the order was wrong

        Stopped here traveling home on Christmas break. Bathrooms were not flushing, staff was under prepared for the amount of visitors, Flys were all over the restaurant and restroom, manager and staff were cursing continually. I wish I could find something positive to say about the place but I can't.
