McDonald's

If it wasnt for the absolutely disgusting bathroom I wouldve give these guys more than 3 stars. Their customer service was top notch and speedy but they need to work on cleaning the tables, sweeping and the bathroom had trash all over the floor, flies buzzing around and piss all over. GROSS. Other than that it was a good experience at this McDs.

Horrible customer service! There were only 2 cars in line in front of me and I waited 22 minutes in line for my order. Then I was given my order in pieces. I had to ask for each individual item I ordered. The person in front of me was so angry that they drove off without paying. This only made things worst for me. Now I have to hear the profanity used my the cashier. I was given me apology for the extended wait or the inappropriate language. I love McDonald's but this was truly one of the worst McDonalds experiences I have ever had.

This McDonald's is a bit worn out and the staff are not in any hurry. Our order taker took a very long time to take orders and we where overcharged for food and we didn't get so we had to go in and they ate last gave me the missing food. There seemed to be quite an adequate staff but yet only the young girl at the front seemed to be doing anything while the party in the back with orange fire hair made good friends.

Waited in drive through like forever, including waiting at order podium for like 10 min, turn corner and car in front of us already went through window and was gone. They literally waited to take order till whole line was done. They need to learn how to work their drive through better! Keep the line moving! Shame on them!! Learn the ways of chick fila!!
