My x-ray machine wasn't working (2 years ago). The company that I purchased this system from was not responsive. Jason spent almost a week helping me troubleshoot it (free of charge!). My system went out again last week, he went the extra mile to call in favors to help me - again, no charge.
A+ Medical will be my "go to" company from now on. It should be yours too. . . you will not regret it.
