        My husband uses oxygen and it is so hard to get a hold of someone when he needs supplies. He depends on his oxygen for living and they don't really treat "emergency" situations like they are truly an emergency.

        Double the cost of devices and supplies in comparison to buying out right. Brilliant at screwing up orders. Also tough to get ahold of someone when you have an issue but they are harassing when they need something that affects their bottom line.
