Horrible customer service. Wont release windows or screens purchased. Never follows up with you when they're supposed to call you back and is committing theft! Every time I call they get more and more rude. Nobody will call or email back and now they hang up on you when you request someone's voicemail. Would love to deal with another company but unfortunately my builder bought windows from here. Guess it is time to report them to the state.

Just went in and was very disappointed. Front lady was not knowledgeable on anything. Left with a lot of I don't knows.
