        Rude and nasty to customers and neighboring businesses. Cant believe an owner of a carpet store would harass other people trying to do the same thing they are. Do better. Cant wait for this to get deleted but someone had to say it. GROSS BEHAVIOR. #IStandWithNoahsArk

        Stopped by this business on Monday and cannot say enough good things about Joe Kocsis. The reason for stopping was to ascertain how to clean our LVT that the previous owners unfortunately applied a wax. Mr. Kocsis was extremely helpful asking specific questions about the type of flooring and manufacturer of the wax. Mr. Kocsis not only provided his professional advice but also gave us a LVT cleaner that he hoped would correct the issue with the wax. Even though we do not need flooring products at this time the fact that Mr. Kocsis spent some time explaining things to us as well as providing us the cleaning product to use. We will definitely use this flooring company for future needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. As an aside, I must caution prospective customers of an issue we experienced in the parking lot. This flooring store is adjacent to a consignment store for children. When parking our car upon arrival and when leaving customers at the consignment store had complete disregard for anyone in the parking lot. They almost collided with us when we arrived and departed.

      HI Sheena,Thank you for using this wonderful online platform that google has provided. This tool is not only a great way for consumers to express their experience with a business (good or bad) it is also a great tool for businesses to listen to and embrace the concerns and interests of the consumer. Having said that, it is the responsibility of the person writing the review to be specific about the nature of their complaint. When I say specific I mean giving dates, times, names if you have them, and some detail about the unfortunate experience. We have looked into all of our invoices and quotes and have no record of your name. I have spoken to all of my employees as well, and no one has any recollection of being rude or nasty to anyone (that will never be tolerated at Carpet King and flooring.) I can promise you as the owner of Carpet King and flooring that I've never been rude to my neighboring businesses. However, being that you mentioned neighboring businesses, the neighboring business that I'm sure you are referring to does have a parking problem, some of their customers take up parking spaces in the plaza that mine and two other businesses operate, even though there are signs posted all over the building. In addition to the parking issue some of the customers that visit that business leave cigarette butts, items of clothing, toy parts and even dirty diapers in our parking lot that we to clean up. I would like for you to PLEASE! contact me personally and tell me about your experience at Carpet King and flooring so I can take the necessary action to rectify the GROSS BEHAVIOR that you experienced.
