Best tile place in North Myrtle Beach, if not the entire Grand Strand.

Came in today to look at tile for our bathroom.. Stayed for awhile and looked around at all the beautiful boards several times. They looked like they had just what I was looking for. Waited for the other customers to leave. I wasn't even worth a hello and I left. I hate that. Even a "Someone will be with you in a moment" would have been nice.

In November 2021, we purchased a new LVP floor in our Myrtle Beach condo from Forever Floor & Tile. While our floor was dated, the real reason for the purchase was to repair soft spots in the floor of our first-floor beach-front unit. We asked them to replace all of the subfloor that showed any signs of rotting. Ted said the job would take two days, gave us the dates, and said they'd take pictures of the subfloor replacement. Living in PA, we were more than a little nervous about whether the subfloor would be addressed properly. Owners Ted and Tiffany assured us that this was what they were good at. The subfloor would get repaired properly and we needn't worry because they would cover any problems for three years. Our job was completed in one day with no pictures. They denied having said the job would take two days, but they still assured us that they would take care of any issues for three years. To their credit, they did correct an installation error where two identical planks were installed next to each other in a very visible area, but not without unpleasantness. Less than two years into our $6000 new floor, we had a horrible soft spot in the kitchen that a foot could go through, as well as other soft spots elsewhere. They wouldn't take care of us and blamed it on exterior problems. (We had several contractors say the exterior was fine.) The subfloor lasted for 45 years and just needed replacement. We temporarily shored up the soft spot from underneath, but for various reasons, we've had a terrible time getting a good subfloor repair person now. And it will cost us a lot more money. To complicate matters, the 2-year old vinyl planks we bought are no longer available. The company changed the country of manufacturing because of child labor laws in China, where our floor was manufactured. (One wonders how well FF&T vets their suppliers.) We wouldn't have this subfloor problem if Forever Floor had done the job well in the first place. We trusted them because they said they knew what they were doing and would take care of us. Sadly, that wasn't the case.

From the moment I walked into the showroom and spoke with Jennifer to after Oliver installed the new tile backsplash in my kitchen, I have been impressed with the amazing customer service and professionalism of everyone at Forever Floor & Tile. I couldn't recommend them enough. They let me take several tile samples home so I could feel confident I was selecting the one I truly wanted and liked the best. Ben showed up the next day to take measurements and pick up all the samples. Jennifer was quick to send me a proposal on the two samples that I liked, and I was then able to make a final selection. The tile was ordered that day and within 3 weeks it was installed. Best of all, there were no surprises and the installer made sure that I was 100% satisfied before he left. I'm so happy I used them, and I absolutely love how it makes the kitchen look. Such a beautiful difference.
