I have always realized that I am technically challenged when it come to gas fireplaces. I had a concern about the amount of heat that was being generated from my fireplace and was concerned about safety. I called Fireplaces Plus LLC and recieved assistance. advice, and instructions on how to properly use my fireplace. I have dealt with William Smith and Gas Logs and both were unprofessional and rude and could not fix the problem. I contacted Fireplace Plus and they came within 3 days and fixed the problem. Their Tec guy, Brandon was professional, polite and knew the product. I highly recommend this company .
