        Fireplace randomly stopped working less than a year after install. Once they get your money you go to their backburner.

        No showed 2 times. Couldnt get anyone on the phone. No one returned any of my calls or voicemails. Even left a VM for the regional guy and ZERO response! Texted the emergency line and they are in Charlotte and couldnt help either. Only positive and reason I indicated 2 stars is Joe, the guy who finally showed up and spent an hour workout for my fireplace and showing me how to use and care for it. Joe deserves a raise!! I had planned to do a yearly cleaning contract with them, but after this experience, I will being taking my business elsewhere!

        DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We purchased a log set from this company to replace an existing one that was old and worn out. After the new set was installed, it stopped working after about a week. We called, and after waiting quite a while, a repair man came out, got it started, and told us it would be fine. One week later, it stopped working again. We have contacted this company multiple times with no positive results. Do not do business with this company!
