Honestly the worst hotel I've ever walked into. The lobby was dirty and smelled like mold/mildew. We were given a room on the second floor and noticed the door was open. Someone had moved the latch over so the door was not locked. My husband walked in to make sure no one was in there. It was empty, but the beds were disheveled and the room clearly had not been cleaned. The hallways reeked of marijuana and some other chemical substance. The carpets were stained and dirty. We told the receptionist about the room and she offered us another one. We had a bad gut feeling about the place and decided to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The receptionist apologized and said they were all booked up (even though she literally just offered us another room) and then blamed maintenance for the room not being cleaned. Reading other reviews of cockroaches and bed bugs, it's clear we dodged a bullet here. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

So grateful for such a welcoming experience at this hotel. The friendly excellent service that was provided by Donna made a huge difference in our stay. She is amazing , she was so kind to my family an made this Easter a special one. I would definitely come here again an would recommend this hotel to families. Thanks so much Donna your great Happy Easter!

Friendly staff. Dirty rugs, filthy Jacuzzi, rust stained toilet. We were not told that the Jacuzzi was out'of-order and the WiFi was disbanded until we asked about them. Very disappointed, especially considering the price.
