        We stayed through an Airbnb. Seems like some of the negative reviews on Google might be due to the hosts. Ours were great! Our unit was clean and up to date and you cant beat the view!

        Was staying there 1st time to decide between royal garden and waters edge for purchase Rooms: The owner of mine thought of everything that you could need Nearby activities: The food in bar/restaurant was very good and lots of options Safety: The new elevators so fast,door lock for inside pool and hot tub made sure that only guests could get in Walkability: Ocean front, could walk to town on beach or road safely and easily Food & drinks: Kitchen door is open being in restaurant business for 40 yrs I was impressed with cleanliness. Food was great

        BEWARE: If booking through VRBO, it will state it is 100% refundable, but IT IS NOT! I booked and gave my down payment. When I kept reading the reviews of how outdated and run down this place is, I cancelled my reservation within 48 hours. The host Lisa Shults charged me a $55 NONREFUNDABLE charge card fee. When you book with VRBO you put down half, then they send the rental agreement. In the rental agreement it mentions this non-refundable fee, but they already have your money. VRBO is clueless about the fee, so they are no help. DO NOT BOOK here! Obviously the reviews state it all, but they will also scam you out of money. Horrible business practice. So glad I didn't stay here!
