We found out that my 86 year old mother let her health insurance lapse. Nicole jumped right in to help me navigate a very complicated world and was able to find a gap policy for my mother. She did a great job making things as easy for me as possible.

Rather than accepting a very expensive COBRA plan from a former employer, Nicole has, for the second time, arranged short-term medical insurance for me at a very reasonable price with very comprehensive coverage. Her understanding of a client's needs, along with exceptional follow-up and execution makes her my go-to source. I will be recommending her to friends and family. Thank you, Nicole!

I have been using UHC (United Health Care) for 2-3 years and have decided to make a change based on my needs for Medicare. Lisa my fianc had been in discussions with Nicole Stewart for a period before she moved forward and sign up for her Medicare coverage. At that time she introduced me to Nicole ...I'll have to say I've been impressed with how she managed her HealthMarkets Insurance business. She is quite the professional and definitely knows her industry. I however had decided to continue with UHC but based on service levels later with UHC and other challenges I called Nicole and revisited the information from the past year and various new programs now and last week changed over to the other carrier per her recommendation. Maria Washburn who works with Nicole was also very helpful with the transition and follow up. If you are looking for timely Medicare advise I would highly recommend reaching out to them. Interesting the independent agent that initially signed me up for my medicare coverage never followed up with me with any emails....text messages or even a phone call.
