    Setup 3 different phone meetings to discuss insurance policies. The first time , I never heard anything and they stated they had the appointment as in person on their end 2nd time, No one ever called. When I called the last time to reschedule, the woman on the phone literally laughed and said the girl would be back in the office within 10 minutes. Did not apologize or anything! Super unprofessional! We set up another meeting and no one ever called! Tomorrow I will be calling to speak with a manager and calling corporate to complain!

    When I moved to South Carolina and my insurance through Cobra expired, I got assistance with the Insurance Marketplace from an agent who is no longer with BCBS of South Carolina. When it came time for the first renewal I tried to contact that agent. I promptly received a call back from Christina Hardy. Christina is a direct agent for BCBS, who sometimes works out of the retail center at Mt. Pleasant Town Center. I like working with knowledgeable people that provide prompt and courteous service and Christina Hardy does just that. She follows up and she presents your insurance options and works with you to find a policy that fits your needs. This year I made a phone appointment to renew my policy with Christina Hardy. Christina presented a less expensive policy and fully explained what is covered and compared it to the policy I currently have. I ended up renewing my current policy because it is what I am comfortable with. I thought for sure that my policy would cost more than it did last year. Much to my surprise the monthly cost of my policy had gone down by $62.11 per month. Thats a big savings and Christina was so helpful. I also referred a friend who I knew was interested in finding health insurance. My friend has already told me how helpful and knowledgeable Christina is.
