I had never been to Hilton Head before prior to my trip booking with HH Vacation Rentals. When we first arrived, I ended up being supplied the package of someone else with the same name as me. We we got the property we were turned away because obviously we didn't have the right paperwork to enter. After calling the emergency line (which I'm glad they provide) I was directed to what I thought was the right property. We spent our first night in a huge townhome right by the ocean. It seemed a little large at 4 bedrooms seeing as it was only me and my gf. The next morning I get a call at 8am notifying me of the mistake. I went back to the office and was quickly assisted (on a Sunday...office is closed on Sunday) and sent on my way to my correct property. When I arrived at the next property I had all the proper paperwork to get in and our unit was amazing. Amazing is an understatement. The properties they have are fantastic. It was a perfect location, perfect size, very clean...just an amazing place to spend our vacation. I say all this to note that even though a mistake was made it was corrected with very little impact to me. And I'm very satisfied with the service and the properties they provide. I will no doubt use HH Vacation Rentals every single time I visit HH.
