        31 Sand Dollar was a perfect home for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with every dish and appliance we needed. The master bathroom was spacious and my grandkids loved the large bath tub. The screened in porch was great for all of us and our dogs. The private pool was just an added bonus. We were a short walk to the beach which was easy to get to. After reading other reviews about the spiral steps we threw a baby gate into our car. But the stairs are solidly built and safe. It might be nice if the owners had a gate for families to use. We loved our stay. Our only complaint is that people used our driveway to turn around in at all hours of the day. But we tried to just give them grace and ignore them. We cant wait to return next year!

        The Lighthouse Tennis Club is in a good location within Sea Pines. THE COMPLEX is very nice and Island Time was easy to book with.

        We rented a home through VRBO and this company was the service company. The charge for their service on a $6000 rental was an additional $800+ which is ridiculous. After some unforeseen circumstances we ended up having to cancel the July reservation only a few weeks after we booked in January. And the entire $800+ service fee is non refundable. Seems like robbery to me. How a company can keep nearly a thousand dollars just seems wrong and is hurtful even further to us. We will never rent a place again if they are the rental agency.

      Andrea, in the rental agreement you signed, it stated our cancellation policy and the fees it would incur. We do encourage our guests to book our travel insurance in case they change their minds about the destination or unforseen circumstances.
