I am not asking for anyone to believe me, they'll get to know by themselves when they take services from AAA Xtreme especially Tim.
After his service, their service became the topic of discussion because he asked for an inflated $100 from everyone and many declined to pay him more than what he committed, including me! Hope they made good holiday money by inflating the prices.
For the records, my heater was working perfectly but my attic was flooding because of a leak in the HVAC pan.
Hope they realize that social media review is a great help for the consumers and do not charge inflated bills going forward.

Fraudsters. Beware of the services you take from them if you don't want headache later. Especially, have in writing the price and fees.
During the Christmas eve, we had a problem with water backing into our attic. There was no problem as such with our heater/HVAC but the outlet pipe had frozen and the AAA Xtreme Technician - Timothy Young came over and took some water out of our attic (1/2 bucket) and did some tests on the HVAC and told that 2 parts needs to be replaced.
He called me the next day and gave me a quote of $175 for labor alone (final price) excluding replacement of parts. With parts replacement, he gave me a quote of $237. I agreed for the $237 and requested him to replace the parts.
To my surprise, when I received the invoice, the final amount was for $337. When I questioned him, he became agitated and started to talk rubbish and told that when he gave me the final cost of $237 he forgot about all the work he had done and that I also called him when he was driving.
When I said that I will report it to the office because he did not give me the right final amount of the labor before going for the parts, he said "then just pay the $237" and I asked him to send me a corrected invoice. He eventually did after adding a $25 processing fee which was not added earlier (to the $337). Nevertheless, I paid the final total of ($237+$25=$262).
