The person in the carpet department was very rude. We said the cost was just too much and that well have to look around. He got really rude and said, Well, thats what it is! I got up and walked out. He could have shown us cheaper options or said something way politer. Very disappointed!!

Ordered two Gladiator Hammered Granite Freestanding Steel Cabinets on 4/29/2015. Total with tax and shipping was $562.10. Received cabinets on 5/14/2015. Began assembling cabinets. When it was time to install doors found all were damaged/warped. Could not see damage until doors were installed, which was last step. Dropped by Greer, SC store and reported damage. Was told more doors would be ordered and shipped to same address, no charge. A couple of months passed, no doors! Stopped by Greer store again. After speaking to third "associate" was told doors no longer available from Home Depot, but they would contact manufacturer and call me. Never heard from anyone after waiting another couple of months. Contacted manufacturer myself. I was told sure, doors are available. They shipped me new doors three times. Each time all doors were damaged worse than the first ones. I finally told them I wanted no more doors, would live with damage. Contacted Home Depot Greer again and advised them what had happened. The manager told me would look into situation and contact me. Never heard from anyone! Waited until 1/28/2017 and contacted Home Depot customer service again. Yes, I am patient. This time I was offered a discount on the cabinets which I accepted. Not happy with offer but apparently that was all Home Depot was willing to do. When I received the discount, it was not as much as promised! Again contacted customer service and they did send me a gift card for the difference. I have been a commercial customer since 2001 and have spent thousands of dollars with Home Depot! I just shredded my commercial credit card and went to Lowes which offers a 5% discount when using their commercial credit card. Home Depot used to offer same but does not anymore. I will not step foot in Home Depot again except to use the gift card I was sent!
