I’m planning to buy a townhome this summer and after several so-so experiences with other builders have decided to go with Ryan Homes.The location is great and these are well built with modern finishes and a great value in the Greenville/Greer area. I especially liked my sales rep Alan who was incredibly knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, and most importantly helped to make a major purchase feel easy with his transparency, professionalism and kind and happy manner. Very nicely appointed townhouse. Ryan thought of everything. The area surrounding the townhouse has older homes with beautiful old trees. We can't wait to take ownership!

Wonderful showcase. Very impressed with location and layout of neighborhood. Wonderful approach to the handling of the refuse, allowing a seperate refuse approach... layout for the community is awesome.... need to be visited to fully appreciate.
