Quest Diagnostics failed to inform me of the requirements for a valid blood sample for the test I needed. They did the test improperly by drawing a blood sample outside of the required timeframe, took my money, and refuse to refund it after my doctor told me the results are invalid because the blood was not collected per the test's specific clinical requirements. Now I have to pay for the test and do it again. I am not returning to Quest, that's for sure.

This was the worst! The phone system is not user friendly and the bathroom used for urine tests did not have a sink!

Never ever been to this place yet they are charging me for a bill when I never ever been to that clinic...
