Crawlspace Medic of Columbia

In February of 2021 Crawlspace Medic of Columbia came out and did a partial encapsulation with a sump pump/drain and a dehumidifier. I had severe moisture issues and standing water under my house. They worked with me on a solution i could afford that would get the job done. Once a year they come out and check moisture readings, the sump, and service the dehumidifier and I never have a problem. They are fast and friendly. I called last week and they came to St Matthews in less than three business days.

They arrived on time, thoroughly explained what they would do, and quoted a firm price. They also followed up on a problem after the job was completed. They are good about responding.

I am very pleased with the work done by Crawlspace Medic. Jacob was very thorough in his examination of the crawl space and discovered a foundation issue from a long ago water leak. Also landscape mulch in front of an air vent was allowing water to enter the crawl space. Jacob explained the process and answered my questions. Kudos to the crew for the excellent work they did installing (1) a vapor barrier, (2) a drop girder and piers, and (3) a well in front of the air vent. Thank you for a job well done!
