Our house caught fire 2018, I was 5 months pregnant with a 10 month old. We lost a lot due to smoke damage (clothes mostly). The things we had left that were in my closet Servpro stole from us. 30 pair of my shoes and countless of shoes from my husband. All of our towels and wash clothes (nice ones). They took our microwave, tv’s, and expensive jewelry. They took some of my sons toys and shoes as well. He was a baby. They left our back door open many times over night. We didn’t have cameras to prove and they did give us $1200 for things missing but it was no where near what we lost. It’s 2021 and it still bother me. If I were you I wouldn’t not hire them unless you have cameras. I would give the repairs a 6 out of a 10. Good luck. Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

We are so grateful for the opportunity to support local small business and Servpro did not disappoint. They were so nice and helpful when scheduling. They were running ahead of schedule the day of service and made sure to call ahead. We have almost 20 year old tile that needed freshening up and it looks practically new again! They even cleaned our fiberglass tub in the bathroom that was not included as part of the “tile and grout” cleaning. My only regret is that we didn’t call sooner to get this done.
