        This storage facility is very clean and secure. The attendant was very friendly and helped us get all set up. Great business!

        I drove up to the property and the doors was locked although I saw a car there. I went online to register and start my account around 1pm. I arrived at my unit at 7pm and there was someone elses belongings in my unit. I tried calling and no answer. The unit was dirty with cobwebs that my family ran into. This is day one and first impressions are lasting. Wow I just received a text that I littered. No sir you did not clean the unit.
