The apartments worked perfect for my first place after college. Jennifer in the office is an incredible lady to work with who is extremely empathetic to any issue you might have and immediately gets anything you need. Made my move very easy!

Current resident! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They care about you as a person and not just a number or paycheck. Honestly, this is pretty priceless.
Major repairs get taken care of quickly and the residents seem nice. The washers/dryers are old but work and I havent noticed any bugs in the laundry room.
The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is so people dont think its a 5 star hotel. It isnt any Hilton, but its nice enough for what you pay. Some trash throughout the greenery and sometimes slow service (I get it, theyre understaffed!) are really the only cons. But like I said, the nice and professional staff make it a winner in my book!

SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Stoneridge apartments are disgusting, MOLDY, BUG infested, wood ROTTED apartments. I lived here for 4 years. It was the worst living experience in my life.
I was charged each month for pest control and amenity fee- neither service was granted. The ammount of roaches was worse than I have ever seen. If you ask for pest control they waste your time and tell you they will show up so you have to stay home from work then they do not show up. The pool was not open for 2 years straight. The "clubhouse" is not open or they will give you a kecode and change the code before the end of the day. The laundry facility is non-existent.
I was moved into an unliveable apartment with serious water leak issues from the ceiling and mold infestation. There were bloodstains from previous tennants on the ceiling as well as evidence of prior illicit narcotics that were not cleaned (reek of marijuana, powdery baggies in the drawers in the kitchen, needles under bathrom sink). The water leak was not adressed for 5 months until the ceiling was caved in. 2 years later the exact same situation occured again because the source of the leak was not fixed. I spent 1 year without air conditioning. Aparments are not cleaned between tennants- only painted.
The office staff is a rotating door- there have been 8 property managers in 4 years and >30 new office employees. If you have a problem - the constant response in the office is "sorry its my first day I dont know". The office will bribe new tenants with reduced rent for a month in exchange for a 5 star review. Rent has increased by an unreasonable ammount each lease term. After 4 years, I paid more for section 8 housing (stoneridge) than a luxury apartment downtown.
The leases are predatory and intended for poor people who do not read. There will be several hidden fees if you are not careful.
The apartments are in a great area- but SMP property management is a disgusting company and should be eradicated as they allow these apartment to increase rent as much as possible while providing the worst possible living circumstances to their tennants. Avoid.
