I used to live here years ago it was pretty good and the manager was really cool the only thing I disagree about is the price rate #1 $700 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is not worth it on this property #2 most of the apartments do not have dryer or washer connections #3 the apartments are very small and neighbors have the same porch if you are downstairs no privacy or no real peaceful alone time, #4 there is only 1 tiny playground for your children to play but understandable because the entire complex is 10x smaller than most complexs in Columbia s.c #5 the area is split between the retired community and areas that's pretty much well known for people trying evade police officers on high speed chases these apartments were $450 in the past for a good reason why the property owner feels like this is worth more really speaks volumes of how people in this world will take advantage this complex maybe ok but that's it from a scale 1 to 10 I'll give it a overall 2 your money can pay for something much more worth what you work hard for, Start telling yourself if I'm paying $700 a month for any apartments my neighbors shouldn't know when you are home or not unfortunately this complex isn't worth your funds that you work hard for this complex might be quite at times but just like anyother complex subjected violence and criminals this is one of them take your money elsewhere.

New tenant!! Only one month but I'm loving my affordable descent apartment I'm a quiet neighborhood... Plan to be around for a few years to come!!
