I lived there for 6 years so I know. Ever since Greystone Property Management took over, it's been nothing but a mess. They are arrogant, disrespectful, and unyielding. The prices go up every month, cars are broken into, maintenance are thieves and can't fix anything. Stay away from these ghetto scumbags.

When I first moved here in the early summer of 2021, my apartment was in dire need of renovations for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops, desperately needed several work orders submitted from a leaking toilet to no heated airflow from the AC/heating unit, and it was very dirty. I had to wait till after 2:00 pm to move into my apartment on my move in date because the manager decided at the last minute to replace the dirty carpet from the previous tenant. After two months, my kitchen and bathrooms were renovated. The following year, the complex was under new management and more upgrades were completed but unfortunately, my AC and heating unit was not working properly. The AC had cool air flow only in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The heat airflow didnt blow any hot air and I had to buy space heaters to heat my apartment. Each time I put in work orders for this particular issue, maintenance would note the problem but did nothing to repair the problem. The other issue that was a problem was the palmetto bugs, especially after it rained.
