Quality Inn

I travel a lot and have to stay weeks at a time and 400 a week is not good

Don't EVER stay there. I wish I could upload the pictures of the mold and the TAPE holding together the bathtub. The doors slam SO LOUD that I asked to be moved to another room. Apparently there were prostitutes coming and going and I guess the pimp was staying next to me. When I asked to be moved, the manager called me a liar and said I was making it up. I threatened to call the cops but I was too tired. I just packed up and left for somewhere else. That was the most disgusting experience ive ever had in a hotel, they give the Quality Inn a bad name. Now Im at the Days Inn down the road and they are way nicer , this Days inn rom is like Bellagio compared to the Quality Inn on Garner Lane, DONT STAY THERE ! YOU WERE WARNED.

Please read TripAdvisor reviews. This hotel is one of the worst in Columbia. If you value the health and safety of your family as well as yourself, do not stay there. In addition to the deplorable condition of the rooms, further research will uncover that management is under investigation for unscrupulous handling of guest financial transactions as well as serious transgressions of guest privacy. I would not let my minor children within a mile of these people.

I was overall very impressed with the hotel. The room was quite large and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I liked the location because it was right on I-20 and easy to get where I needed to go. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was nice. You have my recommendation!

This hotel was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. I arrived very late night; so I was placed in a room toward to back. However, the next day I called the desk to ask to be moved because I was alone. Didn't see anything that made me cautious, I just didn't want to be in the back alone. They were more then understanding. Housekeeping was fabulous! Super friendly and helpful. A maintenence man helped me move my heavy luggage upstairs to the new room. He didn't ask for anything but I left a tip upon checkout. I tried to enjoy the pool but it was too hot the day I decided to swim. Only downside was they need more lounge chairs around the pool and I didn't have transportation and there is only a Waffle House close by. I would definitely stay here again; I would just rent a vehicle.
