I recently moved to Charleston and needed many different policies. I spoke to a few SF agents, but it did not work out. I shopped other companies and my wife found Heather Eberlin's office and wow. I have had several agent in many states. Don't hesitate, Heather and her team are leaps and bounds the best I have dealt with. The really know what they are doing, efficient, courteous, professional, just great people and work hard for their customers. Really, just call them, they will take care of you.

I was quoted a home and auto policy at a significant discount to what I was previously paying. A week after I made the switch and cancelled my other policies, I was informed that they had quoted my policy incorrectly and my rates would actually be more expensive than what I had been paying due to arbitrary and entirely subjective reasons. At that point, I attempted to cancel my policies which was MUCH more difficult than it ever should be. Several hours after I had submitted everything needed for cancellation and had called again to make sure they had received everything, there were no updates and I wound up having to call Statefarm directly in order to cancel my policy. Using bait and switch tactics to get people to switch insurance providers and then dodging phone calls about policy cancellation is about as shady as shady gets.
