Can’t give David enough stars. Our Daughter hit a deer in a Prius. We thought our insurance company would fix it as car values have risen so much recently. There was damage, but according to the insurance company, it was totaled. We might as well have driven it into an active volcano. They came back with a settlement amount so low that we thought they might have mistaken our car for a 1994 Geo Metro. I called the West Ashley Toyota dealership and they referred me to David. Glad I called. David took over and used different comps, talked to our insurance company’s appraiser, and increased or claim payout by nearly $4k. If you think the initial offer from your insurance company is low (and it probably is), call David.

There would be no way for me to adequately express how above and beyond David with Southern Automotive Consultants has gone for me! Though I contacted to discuss a depreciation claim he took hours of his time going over all the repairs made to my car AND handled all of the requests for the shop to fix errors that were made! I never would have known that my car had unsafe work done if not for David and I can not recommend him highly enough.

When the insurance company was trying to low-ball me on the value of my totaled car, David prepared a thorough report detailing my car's actual value, which assisted in the settlement of my auto claim. He works quickly, communicates every step of the way, and his prices are extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend.
