The worst place ever... a VERY busy mother (kids can't even go to school because no transportation) who has been out of a car for going on 8 months now while being a full time mom, full time student, and work part time I only had the vehicle not even 2.5 years and the engine is done. Paid on the car faithfully while I couldn't even work and they wouldn't work with me with getting a new car. They definitely work the system to GET YOU THE CAR but do NOT help when they break out of no where. Lawyer is next step.

Got a car in Sept have spent over $2000 on top of $500 monthly payment had it serviced at pep boys for my car overheating replaced hoses, radiator, coolant tank and my car still over heats. Nothing is covered under the warranty. My credit is not great which is why I had to get a car through them but having the pay those high payments on top of having to make repairs and I still owe $20,000 and car is only worth 4,000 on kbb it's really disappointing feeling like you've been taken advantage of

If you buy from there get your own financing. Dont use theirs thats offered. Two years in to a 15k car and we still owe 14k. And the car has issues, cant get out of because of negative equity due to their high interest rate. Buyer beware!
