Josh Woods is my cousin and I did buy a truck from him however he has been doing this for awhile and you can tell. Not that he is just family but that was the best process of buying a fleet truck. He Knows about the products they have and Fred Anderson did not have a truck I wanted but when one came in he contacted me and I bought it!! Thanks so much

Recently, I took my 2008 Lexus LS460 in for service. Asst. Service Manager Nolan Vecchioni handled it. He advised that while the tech was removing the top engine cover, he cracked it. They sourced a new OEM one from the Lexus dealer and replaced it without charge to me. Nolan walked me to my car and showed it to me. I greatly appreciate the honesty. Also, I am a big fan of the tech videoing his observations and texting me with the video. It is like I am looking at the car with him. I am not sure why other dealers do not do this. They should. Needless to say, I appreciate these guys and how they handle service!

I had a good service experience at Anderson Toyota. Using their online appointment service, I was able to get a morning, next day appointment. They fixed two problems and serviced two items. I used their free shuttle service to go where I needed to be. And got the shuttle back. All fixed, All good! The service rep Maverick was good to work with.
