Honestly, I don't know where to start. Dealing with insurance can be a very difficult task. In my situation, I had a pretty serious communicatoin issue with my previous agency that resulted in a lapse of coverage unknown to me until documentation was required. I called over there at 4 PM on a Friday and explained the situation. Mind you with the last company this process took well over to weeks to complete. Chandler had the application done within an hour, he even stayed after hours to make sure that I was taken care of. Chandler has been incredible with communication, he has been extremely informational, which is essential when navigating the windy roads of the world of insurance, and he has showed professionalism unmatched by any insurance experience I have ever had. As a young small business owner, I am often dismissed, Chandler made me feel just as important as a big corporate account. In today's standards that's quite hard to find. 10/10 would recommend, and Kinghorn has gained a lifetime customer. If Mr. Vilcheck's bosses are reading this you can't put a price on the customer service he has provided me with.
