We have used Belmont Insurance for four years now for our home and auto insurance. We are very satisfied and pleased with the care that Alan and his team provides and how they look out for our best interests.

This was a great company when Cynthia was there but in the last 2 years it is the worst. I have been trying to get a refund owed to me for the last year. I have sent in all the appropriate paperwork numerous times and got a confirmation it was received. 10 months later I'm still waiting. Their response every time is "we're on it". I never post bad reviews on any business as I know it can hurt, but this business has unfortunately proven to be bad time and again.

Our family has been doing business with this firm for about 5 years now. We probably have 5-6 different insurance products listed with them. The entire staff starting with Ruth at the front desk to our agent Cynthia B. are so responsive. Our time is short and valuable and this agency gives us some of that precious time back in the way they handle our account. Highly recommended.

The folks at Belmont Insurance are professional and provide some of the most competitive quotes in the coastal area. We use them for our homeowners insurance and had lightning strike our house. Brian Spachman responded immediately, and we had a check within a week to repair the damage. It's feels great to know you can trust someone to protect your investment.
