Do not buy any thing at Radio Shack. Does not matter which store you go to. All the people working there are the same. They are clueless about their warranty policies. All they care is to make a quick sale. On top of that, they are rude, unprofessional and thuggish. Well, this is a warning to would be customers: Stay away from Radio Shack! Shop elsewhere. It is not worth buying from them. You will live to regret it.
The products they sell are shoddy and lack quality. I bought something from them and after using it twice, it broke. Then comes the nightmare. They refused to honor their warranty policy that is clearly stated on their receipts. Instead they try to push and deflect responsibility. What kind of customer service is that? Absolutely Zero! Would I shop at Radio Shack in the future even though I have bought most stuff from them before? NO!!! They have lost me as a customer for life. I will not consider them at all. Poor Service, Poor working attitude of employees and Poor warranty policies. Shop elsewhere and you will feel better instead of dealing with a bunch of retards.
