        Staff is *extremely* patient. Emmanuel Maldonado assisted us for over an hour and a half, without getting frustrated at technical difficulties beyond our control. We were attempting to transfer service on an iphone from Verizon to AT&T. This required several phone calls to both Verizon and AT&T, as we experienced trouble with the account number. Manny remained calm, friendly, polite, and relaxed with both us and the technical support reps on the phone despite all obstacles and delays. A++ service!

        I had a great experience when buying a new phone today. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I had when trying to decide which phone was best for me. I will definitely be back when I get my next phone.
