I could not have dealt with better people during the sale of my house from day 1. After signing the original agreement, my wife got sick delaying the process for a rather long period of time. Beside concern for us, I didn't have any issues with Brad. Everything I could have needed or wanted was readily agreed to, making this transaction very very easy.
If i had the chance, I would not hesitate to use 401 Home Buyers again and again and again.
