no-showed us after we were invited to tour the unit, and have not heard back at all nearly 6 hours later.

We had reached out about an apartment in the west end, were invited to an open house at noon, and nobody was there. The phone number listed on Zillow for the property also isnt current (or at least isnt answered), and so I had to find it on their website to finally get in touch with someone after 20 minutes of waiting. We had driven 15 minutes to view the property, and so this was incredibly upsetting, especially with gas prices being what they are. I am hoping to hear back soon with a make-up date to view the apartment, as I had discussed on the phone.
