This is the best oil company in RI, I had a issue with the boiler and called, there was a gentleman here in 15 mins. All fixed and nice and warm. Thankyou, always a pleasure doing business with you.

Very very bad customer service after my family had been coming to them for decades. Take your money somewhere else!

We delivered to you off and on for decades, allowed you to owe us money for an extended time. You owed us money and decided to purchase fuel from another company. Three months later you called because your boiler wasn't working, still owed us money and expected us to come out and fix it. I had to give your account to my attorney for collection but I guess I am the bad guy.

OMG! Where do I begin. This company is one of the best oil company's I ever dealt with. And I have dealt with many especially in my profession. I had an oil leak early evening and the quick response was amazing. And David who came out to my house was phenomenal. He took care of the issue and did an amazing clean up job. I can not thank him or the company enough. He explained what happened and why it happened. He showed me what to do just in case it should happen again. Henry's Oil is truly a life saver. Thank you so very much!!!
